Are you a standalone restaurant, do you want more than five languages, or do you want WhatsApp follow-up today? Then Bonnie is a mature product with many customers, restaurant integrations with Zenchef, TheFork, Formitable and Guestplan, and an entry price of €135 a month.
When Bonvella fits better
Does your hotel run on Mews and do you want the phone to really book — availability, rate, reservation, confirmation and payment link from your own PMS — or would you rather pay per call than per minute? Then Bonvella was built for you. We come from a hotel ourselves; you notice it in the warm handover with context and in callback requests that become tasks.
